This page lists only the integrations that exist today. Anything else can talk to WADesk through the REST API.

WhatsApp Business Cloud API

Sends and receives messages, syncs and submits templates, and receives delivery statuses through signed webhooks.

How to set it up

  1. 1Create a Meta app and System User token
  2. 2Enter your WABA ID and token — WADesk tests them live
  3. 3Paste the callback URL and verify token into Meta

WooCommerce

Adds a WhatsApp opt-in checkbox to the classic checkout, and lets order status changes start workflows.

How to set it up

  1. 1Choose the store’s organization in WADesk settings
  2. 2Customers tick the opt-in at checkout
  3. 3Build a workflow on “Order status changed”

Embed a form with a shortcode. New leads become contacts, and consent is recorded only when the visitor ticks the box.

REST API

Available

Create or update contacts with a consent source, and read contacts and campaign results, using organization API keys.

How to set it up

  1. 1Create an API key under Developers (Owners and Admins)
  2. 2Send it in the X-WADesk-Key header
  3. 3Keys are shown once and stored hashed

For developers

Add contacts from any system

One request creates or updates a contact. If you mark consent, you must say where it came from — the same rule the dashboard follows.

  • Phone numbers in international format
  • Tags are created if they do not exist
  • Errors come back with a clear message and HTTP status
